Congrats! Your PTZ Place order has been approved. Your Nixon Time Teller P - White will be sent to you by the end of this week.

 

If you live in the US, please allow one week for delivery. If you live outside the US, please allow 14 to 21 days for delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation shortly after your prize leaves our warehouse.

 

If you ordered a Desktop or redeemed for a electronic gift card or PayPal deposit, you should receive your prize by the end of the week.

Tu leur as filer juste ton adresse en Algérie ? et comment vont-il envoyer le colis ? c'est a dire via quel service ?

Merci! Oui j'ai rempli l'adresse dans le formulaire pendant la 'rédemption' et je viens d'avoir l'email cité en haut.

 

Je ne sais pas pour la livraison, j'ai lu dans ce sujet que c'était par UPS.

Recent Outage

 

Many of you have experienced your points recent dropping to zero or your

account not displaying any points. This has occurred during the last 7 hours.

If you happen to see this happening with your account, you would want to try

clearing your cache and restarting your browser. If you are still having an

issue after trying these options, please reply with the title 'recent outage'

so we can look into what may have went wrong with your account.

 

New Redemption (January!)

 

There will be a redemption in January but it will not be announced for anyone

ahead of time. The amount of points needed to redeem prizes will not go up as

well.

 

November Redemption

 

We have asked members to forward their receipts to teri by the deadline without

altering them in any way. Unfortunately if your receipt was not sent in the

correct format it wouldn't be processed. You may be down about this but when

the site fully launches there will be many ways to earn points including

watching videos and playing games. The good news is that all of your points are

intact and perhaps you can redeem something really cool the next time around.

 

If you received a blank receipt from the November redemption but haven't sent

anything to teri, you cannot expect to receive a prize. If you actually did

have an order number but haven't heard anything, please make sure to let us

know about it

 

We are *****ing down on cheating with lockerz to maintain the integrity of the

redemption process for our legit members. Members playing by the rules

shouldn't have to suffer because of those that are not.

 

Gift card/Certificates

 

Many of you should have received their gift card or paypal funds in place of

your prize from the November redemption. Some of you have had understandable

issues though that have not allowed you to receive your funds. We are sorry to

hear this but if this scenario fits you, make sure to reply to this message.

Keep in mind that the gift card funds are going to the account that you use for

lockerz. If you do not have an account with paypal you would want to create an

account using your lockerz email. If you already have a paypal account you

could add your lockerz email address to receive your funds. Everyone has not

received their gift card or certificate so if you have any issues make sure to

let us know.

 

December Redemption

 

Email have started going out to members who have redeemed a prize from the last

redemption. Do not worry if you haven't received an email yet, for they are

still getting sent out to all who have redeemed a prize.

 

As usual, If you live outside of the US, you should expect to receive your

prize within 14 to 21 days. If you have redeemed an electronic gift or paypal

deposits you should be receiving an email by the end of the week.

 

Invites - Points

 

Your invites or points haven't been adjusted for one of the following reasons.

Your invites were invited multiple times(system glitch). The members you are

inviting all happen to have the same password. It is understandable that one

may try to create an account just to see if their invites are working but this

is not allowed. Keep in mind that the invites are working even if you do not

see your points adjusting.

 

Many users issues from the past three months regarding points have been taken

care of, but reply to this message if you are still having a problem. Many

users were seeing a large change in their points as they logged on. If this is

still happening you would want to proceed to answer your daily question and

then log out. After you are logged out try deselecting the remember me box and

log in again. This issue has been resolved for most members, but if you are

still missing many of your points please make sure to respond to this message.

 

Z-List | T-Shirts

 

We know that some of you have been waiting a very long time for your t-shirts

to arrive, but we have not forgot about anyone. Many of the orders from late

October through November we're placed upon a backorder. If you have became a

z-list member during our busy month of December, you can expect to receive your

shirt towards the middle or end of January.

 

Lab Membership

 

The deadline to become a lab member has passed recently. If you would still

like to let lockerz know what you feel you could offer as a lab member, you can

send an email to labs@lockerz.com.

 

Shipping

 

Many of you have often wondered how your address should look so you can receive

your prize. We could tell you that you want it to look like the mail that you

receive at your home, but check this site if you are unsure.

Shipping Information

 

Many have you have often wondered what information needs to be filled in if you

live outside the United States so you can receive your prize without any

errors. We would like for you to enter your information so it looks like the

mail that arrives at your households. Sometimes an example is good as well

though. If you are unsure about how your address should look you can check this

website.

 

International Address Formats (Postal/Mailing Addresses) and Other International Mailing Information

 

NTSC --- PAL

 

Sony PS3 is the only came console that does not have an issue with NTSC and

PAL.
