Relakks with WLL

Salam Alykom,
I have WLL connection & all ports is closed specially UDP ports.
I try to connect through VPN connection (Relakks) but it can't be established

It says that port disconnect.
& I don't know what to do
is there Anybody know what problem with RELAKKS?
is there any solution except Relakks?
