I'm facing an internet connection issue for a full month now even with constant complaint reports to my local Algeria telecom agency.
I'll try to summurize what my issue is.
1. PON light blinking. (LOS off)
2. When trying to authenticate with the OLT on LOID mode using username and password it shows this message (password: SXF4*******)
3. I dont' think the issue is in the cable (hardware) because I have plugged the ONT router directly in the OLT box. same issue.
4. AT gave me a different router aswell to try, no help.
5. at the first installation day everything worked fine, PON stable fix phone worked fine, which after I noticed the PON blinking around 8 PM.
