GTA 4 comme il aurait dû être !

On le sait, le portage PC de GTA 4 s'est révélé être l'un des pires portages de cette décennie ! Graphismes indignes de nos chers PC, et surtout une tétrachiée de bugs pourrissant le plaisir de jouer avant que des patches successifs ne voient finalement le jour. Ice la Glace, un fan assurémment, a décidé de se pencher sur ce problème du graphisme et a mis au point divers mods dont le dernier, le iCEnhanced 1.2 qui améliore fichtrement la qualité graphique avec juste 2.8Mo ! Le résultat final est assez spectaculaire, quand on connait le jeu originel. Voici 2 vidéos : celle présentant le iCEnhanced 1.2, et une autre présentant le prochain mod en cours de développement, le 1.2.5. To^^^^ois il y a quelques restrictiions et infos à donner avant de passer à l'acte : le mod ferait chauffer les Geforce depuis la série 8 à cause d'une DLL, et il aurait du mal à tourner correctement pour les versions de GTA 4 patchées au delà du patch 1.0.4.0. Dernier point, les vidéos sont saccadées, ce serait la faute de Fraps qui enregistre et fait ramer le bouzin. Voilà vous savez tout !

Je n'ai pas essayé les versions d'avant la 1.7 mais je peux te dire que la 1.7 marche plutot bien, ça tourne entre 30 et 40 mais ça tombe par fois à 25. Sinon le mod baisse légèrement les FPS mais sache qu'il est fait pour être tourné sur la 1.4 ! pour ma part il faudrait que je downgrade à la 1.4 pour bien en tirer partie.
