réinscription universitaire avec un ancien bac utilisé

salam 3alaykoum, I would like to know if there is a possibility to register for a major in university other than the one that i'm in  ,using the same bac degree obtained in more than a year ago. i'd appreciate if anyone who has  a confirmed answer to clarify for me , and if there is someone experienced a such situation to give me details (in the possible of course).
