DoulCi.net is a iCloud bypass server currently being run by Team DoulCi ( @MerrukTechnolog and @AquaXetine ) and is said by many to work 100%. There are no programs to install on your computer or your device. The process is pretty simple and straightforward. It is also 100% free. They are of course accepting donations via paypal but no payment is required in any way.

When the server is running ( no it is always running - more on that in a minute )
-On your computer, navigate to your hosts file
    MAC > /private/etc/hosts
    WINDOWS > C:/windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts
and add the "MAGIC" line at the very bottom.
-On your device go to the infamous activation lock screen where your asked for the email and password that the device is locked to.
-Open itunes and connect your device.
-Click yes on the box that says the server your connecting to is not known/trusted
-Click yes on the next itunes store error that pops up
    -Disconnect your device
    -Reconnect your device

iTunes should now be showing you the Welcome to your new idevice screen.

Now, before you go running off and doing this, you should know that by editing your hosts file. you are connecting to an unknown server that could potentially wreak havoc on your system.

I'm not a dev or anything even remotely close but this seems to work alot like the TSS server in TU. The TSS server edits your hosts file and makes itunes think that it is connected to Apples servers when you are downgrading firmware. Only this
is making itunes think that it is connected to Apples activation servers. Now, does this in fact remove the devices IMEI from the findmyiphone server? or is this the new hactivation for all devices? That I cannot answer because, well, I just dont know.
I tried this with a AT&T iphone 4S and I'm currently stuck in an activation loop. I'm on T-mobile and dont have access to an official SIM currently ( Some devices are being thrown into an activation loop. Shortly after getting to the home screen, you back at the activation screen again. One such workaround for this is inserting a SIM card with a SIM pin and then entering the pin while still on the activation screen )

There is no set time that the server is up/down. Either Team DoulCi member will post that its up on twitter, DoulCi.net or Merruk.com and give the server address you need to add to your hosts file. Also, dont forget to add albert.apple com ( Example 123.456.78.90 albert.apple.com )
Who is Albert ? Your guess is as good as mine.

Out of shear curiosity I have been following Team DoulCi for a few weeks now. It wasnt until today that I realized DoulCi is iCloud spelled backwards. I also noticed the countless pictures posted on facebook and twitter from users around the world of their devices that were successfully bypassed using their service. There was a common theme in each pic that i started to recognize as well.
It seems as though that every person that used the service had multiples of devices, YUP, I said multiples. the most memorable were 6 iphones in a row and the other had a stack of about 10 ipads. Now, how do you forget the passwords to so many devices without being a complete ^^^^ing retard ? You dont. Some people have been holding on to their likely stolen devices for some time now, waiting and hoping for this day to come. And this is what alot of us sinful members were afraid of. Who knows, maybe this is just a new hactivation and the IMEI's will still be on the findmyiphone servers. As for my 4S in the activation loop, I'm not worried, it was my sisters device. Her ex is a douche bag of the highest level and said give it to roommates kid to use as an ipod if i get it bypassed.

So if the locked device you have currently sitting in your drawer is in fact stolen, I hope the IMEI is still on the findmyiphone server and by using this
service it allows the previous owner the find your location. At which point he/she waits until 3am to call the local authorities to make a report. That way
the police can wake your sorry ass up just when the dream your having is just gettin good.
