Impossible a accéder a facture en ligne de mobilis

Assalamou alykoum,

Mon PC est un poste qui appartient a un réseau d'une société gérer par un serveur (Windows 2003/ ISA) ,mon problème c'est que quand je veux accéder a facture en ligne pour vérifier ma facture a l'aide de ce lien : http://80.249.73.4:20051//loginMain.html ,quand je mets mon Nº de compte et mon mot de passe et je valide j'ai la page : Impossible d'afficher la page.....,j'ai essayer dans un cyber café ça marche mais ici sur mon poste ça marche pas ,je sais pas si c'est du au serveur ou bien un autre problème,est ce que quelqu'un a une solus a mon problème.merci
