mfa12 Posted February 9, 2012 Share Posted February 9, 2012 Personne ne veut prendre en charge ce parc (exploitation), car il n'est pas rentable, la wilaya demande un loyer (concession) beaucoup plus chéré que ce qu'il pourrait rapporté réellement.
