Djoss Posté(e) le 11 février 2013 Share Posté(e) le 11 février 2013 Country Manager, France Paris, France Facebook is looking for the highest caliber executive leader to manage Facebook’s revenue growth and profitability throughout France and to spearhead the company’s strategic relationships with global brands, agencies, and partners for Facebook’s advertising platform, open graph, social plugins and local initiatives. The candidate must have senior executive contacts across the region’s largest brands and businesses and a history of growing and developing high growth, scaled operations. The role manages a cross functional, matrixed team including sales, marketing, operations and G&A in country, and reports to the Regional Director. The role will be based in Paris. Responsibilities Define and drive Facebook France sales strategy to develop the overall customer proposition in the short, mid and long term Develop strategic relationships within the market and execute “go to market” ad strategies Act as the country market spokesperson for Facebook Prospect and penetrate client, media and advertising organizations to obtain both performance and branded advertising Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies and Facebook network solutions Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions Exceed sales, pricing and yield goals Provide best practices to country sales team Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service Execute and deliver high quality answers to all RFPs Provide scalable solutions for advertisers Provide leadership to the country revenue team, giving guidance in developing strategic partnerships that leverage the complete Facebook proposition Develop and execute strategy to ensure growth and achievement of key accounts (regional/national) and revenue objectives Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing the pipeline of opportunities and weekly sales forecasts Drive the highest levels of client service and improve relationships and process Build and maintain senior level clients by identifying incremental and business transformation opportunities Collaborate with internal, cross market/regional teams to ensure product improvement, transfer knowledge, improving process/client relationship Actively participate in the EMEA leadership team and global teams where appropriate, embracing company culture, mission, and strategy Develop, retain and motivate existing team while recruiting for new members and continually raising the bar for talent and capabilities Drive overall operational efficiency across sales, marketing and business operations Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business related subject is preferred 10 years relevant experience in marketing, sales and management of technology and or Internet company and proven experience in managing sales and marketing operations Proven and consistent track record of executing against aggressive growth strategies and delivering sales targets in excess of company expectations Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve their best with a team approach Experience managing international and national accounts and delivering the highest service levels to these clients Personal network in place with regional C Level executives across various market segments including FMCG, financial services, luxury, autos, travel, entertainment and telecommunications Experience working with and knowledge of advertising agencies and groups Deep understanding of television, Internet and other media advertising High caliber sales professional with experience working across multiple geographies Results and detail orientated Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem solving/decision making skills Intelligent, motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic http://www.facebook.com/careers/department?dept=sales&req=a2KA0000000Ee7PMAS&ref=a2aA0000000Q9cd Lien vers le commentaire Partager sur d’autres sites More sharing options...
