J'ai un compte PAYPAL non vérifié , j'ai contacté PAYPAL , il m'ont répondu qu'ils n'acceptaient que les cartes VISA de deux banques algériennes CPA et BDL pour pouvoir vérifier mon compte PAYPAL.
