denbasalim Posted March 14, 2020 Share Posted March 14, 2020 Salam 3likom khawti, Je souhaite vous demander si un recours est possible en Algérie après la donation (hiba ?) d'un terrain entre 2 frères si le donateur change d'idée après le passage devant le notaire ( environ 5 ans après)?
