  • 1 cuillère à soupe de beurre.
  • Sel, poivre.
  • 2 oignons.
  • 2 cuillères à soupe d’huile.
  • 2 gousses d’ail.
  • 1 œuf.
  • 150g de fromage frais.
  • Une pincée de noix de muscade.
  • 250g de feuilles de pastilla.
  • De l’huile pour friture.
