Procuration en français très mal traduite par un notaire

Bonjour j’ai fait une procuration en français pour mon frère pour qu’il gère les papiers de l’héritage vente hôtel suite au décès de mon père, la notaire a rédiger l’acte en disant que je cède toutes mes part à mon frère !

Ma question est : puis-je annuler ma procuration (ma procuration a été faite au consulat en France)chez n’importe quel notaire ? En France ou en Algérie 

La révocation de ma procuration annule t elle l’acte fait à mon frère ?

Annuler la procuration n'annulera pas l'acte..

Le mieux serait de voir immédiatement avec le notaire qui a rédigé l'acte en lui expliquant la situation.

A mon "humble avis" votre phrase indique que votre frère a les pleins pouvoirs. Elle ne dit pas que vous cédez vos parts, mais elle dit qu'il se présente et décide à votre place et donc si il dit que vous lui cédez vos parts, elle peut être acceptée.

j’ai vu un avocat nous allons contester  et ester en justice la notaire

la procuration n’étant pas « spécifique «  en d’autres termes pas détaillée le nom de l’hôtel adresse etc…

et inchallah cela passera 

je vous tiens au courant des suites de l’affaire…
