Dzhoster et Octenium sont les pires hébergeurs web en Algérie. Je n’ai pratiquement jamais eu accès à mon site ni à mon cPanel pendant toute l’année, sauf au moment du renouvellement, où ils m’ont bombardé d’e-mails et d’appels téléphoniques pour que je paie. Octenium arrête de travailler l’après-midi et ne reprend qu’à 9h le lendemain matin. Le week-end, n’en parlons même pas. Chez Dzhoster, il y a une “chargée de compte” (Sonia Zaidi) qui est tout simplement agressive et désorganisée : vous recevez une dizaine de factures avec des montants différents pendant plusieurs semaines après votre paiement. De plus, le code de mon cPanel a été changé et je n’ai pas pu y accéder pendant toute l’année, jusqu’à trois semaines avant le renouvellement. Autre problème : si vous voulez transférer votre domaine, ils le bloquent. C’était impossible. Les deux sociétés ont gardé mon nom de domaine chez elles pendant deux années de suite avant que je puisse enfin le récupérer. Ce sont de petites boîtes gérées par une ou deux personnes, avec très peu de clients. Elles ne sont absolument pas fiables. Mon conseil : passez directement par un fournisseur étranger. Cela coûte entre 7 et 12 € par an, et vous aurez la tranquillité, un service professionnel, une gestion des pannes en quelques secondes (littéralement), des messages sans fautes, aucun appel téléphonique inutile… et surtout la possibilité de vous consacrer à votre vrai travail au lieu de perdre des mois à discuter avec des hébergeurs incompétents.

Après est-ce que tu cherches le top et tu es cinéphiles et aime le sport ou un service normal pas premium te conviendrai selon tes critères je pourrais te conseiller

Les vrais serveurs fr ne font pas de pub sur internet et non pas de promotion. Des tarifs mini de 100e. Donc tous les sites que vous trouverez sur google. Je vous déconseille

Pourrais tu s'il te plaît voit le fichier que je t'ai envoyé via mp ? Tout est vide au niveau du TR-069 dans le fichier xml. Je suis perdu !

si ses paramètres user et/ou port ne sont pas modifiés dans le fichier xml le TR-069 ne sera pas modifié quand tu re-installeras le fichier xml. Attention faire une copie de sauvegarde avant de modifier ton fichier xml.

J'ai déconnecté le câble vert du boitier collé au mur. Dans le menu TR-069, J'ai décoché les deux cases, tout effacé et j'ai mis une URL bidon (car c'est obligatoire apparemment). J'ai même changé le mot de passe pour telecomadmin. Mais des que je remets le câble vert, la configuration de Algérie Télécom revient. Je n'arrive pas à trouver ce que je fais de travers, franchement.

Cela dépend de plusieurs facteurs dès qu'il y a traitement de l'information il y a latence qui en résulte, généralement c'est leurs passerelles qui traitent toutes les requêtes et hiérarchisent le trafic qui sont justes niveau performances. Essaye de déconnecter le câble vert puis désactiver le protocole TR-069 et modifier ou supprimer ses paramètres port et user

Pas chez moi en tout cas. Une idée sur mon souci ? J'ai essayé differents navigateurs, cables, mais rien à faire, la configuration que j'upload avec fichier XML que j'envoie "avec succès" n'est pas prise en compte.

ça n'a pas été patché hathi la méthodé dans la derniere mise a jour systeme du modem par AT ?

J'ai débranché le câble fibre (vert) puis réinitialisé l'ONT (bouton reset). Au redémarrage j'ai utilisé telecomadmin / admintelecom et c'est passé crème.

Comment tu as eu accés au superadmin ?

J'ai obtenu le fichier xml (décrypté par défaut) mais : - Je n'arrive pas à désactiver le TR-069 (ou je n'ai pas su comment) - J'ai mis les privilège superadmin à 0 pour le user "root" mais lorsque j'importe le fichier, ça ne prend pas en considération cette modification.
