Bonjour,

 

Ingrédients 4 tomates.

2 poivrons verts et 3 à 4 piments.

6 bonnes gousses d’ail.

1 oignon.

Jus de citron, sel, poivre, coriandre moulue (tabel = cousbara en graine), carvi moulue (karwiya).

3 bonnes cl d’huile d’olive.

Pour la décoration : thon, olive, œuf dur couper en rondelles.

Préparation

Lavez vos tomates, poivrons, oignon et gousses d’ail : les faire grillés, sur un ‘canoun’ (un feu de charbon) tout en les changeant de coté.

! Faut faire attention que ça se brûle pas, une fois que la peau des tomates et des poivrons commencent à ce décoller, retirer le tout du feu et le mettre dans un chinois ou (le dessus de la couscoussier) pour éliminer toute l’eau.

Dès que ça refroidie, enlevez la peau des tomates et des piments….

Ecrasez le tout au mehraz ! Rajoutez les épices cité la dessus, bien mélanger.

Ajoutez l’huile d’olive, le jus de citron.

Finalement décorez avec des olives, le thon, et les rondelles d’œuf.

Mettez le tout au frigo et la sortir au moment du manger.
