Due to the ongoing pandemic, she neither opens nor visits the store. However, she has her sewing machines in my store and does not pay me any rent. What should I do at this point? Me doit-elle un loyer? She has all of her seamstress tools in the store but paid no rent. What would you do? What would you recommend?
