250 gde viande d'agneau

100 g de lentilles

100 g de pois chiches

30 g de riz

500 g de tomates

2 cuillères a soupe de concentré de tomates

3 oignons

75 g de farine

50 g de beurre

1 bouquet de persil plat

1 bouquet de coriandre

1 pincée de safran

sel, poivre
